unspeakable matter: Experience..something that u cant buy..

im sure that most people will agree about experience is something that we cant buy..in order to have it,,we have to go,,see or feel it with ourselves to gain the experience..so do i..usually,,im a so call a nerd person..lol..eventhough its something that i dont like,,but sometimes i have to admit it..a bit only OK..huhu..

back to the topic,,i once had gain experience with all the bikers or motorcyclist from modenas team..most people usually had set in their mind that most of the motorcyclist as a 'mat rempit'..so do i..

so,,i try to join them to know what actually in their mind and how is the way they thinking..at first,,after i bought my first bike,,i got a chance to join modenas team for a session with an italian magazine..so,,i grab the chance to join and experience it..it was a good day though..got a treat from a modenas marketing manager (naza's right now),,and share our thoughts about anything from a bike to current issue..

i soak up into their way of living,,some of them is good...im not saying that they are 'mat rempit'..they are just a bike lover...but,,through the way of their thinking,,i know a bit on how is the way those 'mat rempit' thinking behaviour..it is a bit risky move actually..people sometimes accuse me of being 'mat rempit' too..haha..its quite funny if thinking back about it..but we cant shut peoples mouth for those accusation they did..the main point is,,i know that i didnt do something wrong..

meanwhile, from a bikers view,,i found out something that maybe gov could do to help this type of community..lots of accident cases are actually involves motorcyclist..but,,do we or gov think that what is the way to help them prevent from having accident and suffer from bad injuries other than giving a cheapstake helmet with NO VISOR?what the??

previously,,we (i and modenas team) try to change the style of riding by makes lots of convoy with a SAFETY FEATURE..in the convoy itself,,they urge people to wear those safety gear such as gloves, proper riding jacket,, knee and elbow guard and others..even though some people dont have it,,the style of the convoy (with safety feature) sometime influence other rider to follow their steps after thinking the need of those safety gear..

I also one of the rider that was influenced to wear those safety gear..but,,after do some survey..lots of those riding safety gear are QUITE EXPENSIVE! only those people with good income is afford to buy those gears..i also tried to get those items from other country as usually local stores are selling with higher price than it does..but then i realised that actually the government are impose some taxes for this type of items..

why government is imposing lots of tax on motorcycle safety gear? i know that taxes is one of the way of government income..but i think,,its not wrong to makes some exemption for safety riding gear to help a bit those motorcyclist. more cheaper safety gear will makes more people afford to wore those and reduce the probability of having major injuries..maybe someone could suggest to government to make some consideration of this issue..
