nandayu 92

hi!
its long weekend holiday. So, yesterday, after visiting someone, i took a time to visit nandayu 92 since the show house is open for viewing. This place is just besides the Kajang 2. At first, i thought that nandayu 92 house already finish their building construction. But then, i realised that it only manage to go through several stage after seeing the place and the visiting log book. Guess what,,i am the 1st to view the show house..LOL

Anyway, after viewing the 3 storey  house at nandayu 92, all i can say that the house is just ok...the 3 storey house is 40' x 90' where a bit large than kajang 2 house that i viewed before which is 40' x 80'. Even though the space of the house is larger, i notice that the space inside the nandayu 92 is a bit lesser or smaller as they provide a huge space outside (besides) the house where i think around 15 feet compared to 10 feet for Kajang 2.  However, the price are quite expensive where the sales girl quote the price is around RM1.4 Million, without the furniture. compared to kajang 2 house, the price is around RM1.1 Million with furnisher include but kajang 2 semi D is only 2 storey house while nandayu 92 is 3 storey. The accessibility rate of the Nandayu 92 is quite hard as there are too many road bumper and it took a while as the place is further uphill.

So, if I'm the one that going to buy a house at this place, i would rather choose the Kajang 2 as the place is quite peaceful and easy to access.
